The recommended amount of food is per animal per day. Always offer your pet fresh drinking water. The indicated food quantities depend on the weight of the adult dog. In a growing dog, an optimal growth speed should be aimed for through a moderate energy intake. If your dog is too big and too heavy for his age, it is advisable to reduce the amount of food. An adequate supply of nutrients can still be ensured with smaller ration sizes.
